Virgil Scott has earned his living entertaining in Canada for over 40 years - "How many people can say that?" he says with a smile.

Ready.. Set.. Go..2010.  My goodness "09" went by real quick.  I'm still waiting for summer. 

A big "THANK YOU" to my musician friends for always being there for me, in my personal and professional life, and for playing so damn well, you are a big part of why I get out of the house. To the people who come to see us, (no matter what venue, or crazy weather), we are so grateful for the support.

 Again last year we lost some folks we will all miss. I guess that comes with being privileged to see a new year. 

So a new decade is upon us, with several exciting things on the back burners for me.  I'm ready for all of it !  Some original tunes will be recorded soon, and the MOONDANCE project is being rehearsed over the next 3 months, with dates in April and May confirmed.  I know some of you are waiting for "Some Piano Friends and Me", well so am I.  I hope this can be completed soon (we've heard that before).
