March 2002
Again, lots of rehearsals for “Songs My Sister Played”. I was a guest singer at the annual “Lobster & Blues” fundraiser for The Variety Club. I always enjoy that gig. I started a regular Sunday night at “The Longest Yard” on Mt. Pleasant Rd. with Ben Jokela on keyboards. Memorable Days: 22nd & 23rd. I was again asked to sing with "The Etobicoke Community Orchestra” at the Assembly Hall in Etobicoke. I love singing with that band, so many wonderful people in that Orchestra, Conductor and Musical Director, my buddy, John Liddle – Trumpeter Extraordinaire. P.S. Thanks to The Honourable, Jene Augustine for being there.

One dollar of each ticket went to Child Fund. Thanks to my family. It took two years writing and rehearsing and not being around much. Thanks to my sister for playing all those great songs. 30th.
